Always fun to get all these questions and wait into them.

We always really appreciate having a chance to do that.

Programming note here, I got a couple of notes from people about the ads that we've been doing,

that the volume was a little bit lower on them.

And due to some changes in the industry, we basically are going to have to have four ads per show at this point.

And I thought it would be better for you guys if we do two breaks and do two ads within the breaks,

but I got some feedback saying, no, it's better to actually split those up.

Again, we apologize for having to do that, but I figure four minutes of ads per 60 minutes is still probably better than you're going to get in.

Just about any other medium and most podcasts are at about that level right now.

So let us know if you think it's better to do them in two breaks with two ads or to extend it out a little bit longer

and do shorter breaks, but more of them, we're going to try the latter approach here.

So Danny, my first chance to actually say happy New Year's to you since we recorded our previous episodes last week before the New Year's.

What'd you do for New Year's, by the way?

I had a had a smaller evening with some friends, which was really nice.

And New Year's has never really been a big thing for me growing up.

So it was nice to actually have something enjoyable and fun.

And yeah, it was a good time.

How about you?

Ash, I made it to 1am and stayed home and played games with some of our friends.

But yeah, New Year's even when I was single, it was like it was never really worth it to me to really go through all the schlop of it.

But it feels kind of weird to be in a new decade, turning 40 this year.
