It's my pleasure. Yeah, absolutely. You're, uh, we may have gotten here a little bit faster but we did slow down a couple times uh looking at

deer out in the a lot of green bean fields around here a lot of deer out strolling around this

morning that's understandable it's getting to be that time of year yeah it absolutely is uh

there might be a few guys that will listen to this that might possibly not know who you are,

but most of the deer hunting podcast community bounces around quite a bit,

so most people will be familiar with who you are we are in the home of

john eberhardt to record what's going to be a podcast that i've been looking forward to doing

for a long time um we've read some of your stuff i've been following you since michigan woods and

water you did a lot of writing for them throughout the years, right?

Yeah, I think they've published over 100 articles, usually five or six a year.

Yeah, and that's where I first discovered you.

And then years ago when I started listening to Deer Hunting Podcast, Mark Kenyon was one of the first guys.

I heard you on the wire to hunt and a lot of stuff that you,

a lot of the stuff that you talked about just really translated to me.

I think you being a Michigan guy, me being a Michigan guy,

your style was so much different than anything that I really heard before.

And to hear you explain it in detail,

a lot of stuff just clicked for me. I started doing some stuff differently and instantly saw results.
