Today is Monday, October 31st. It's Halloween today. I am just having the best Monday.

Like my mindset has just been so positive and I don't know.

I'm just like feeling really, really good about this week ahead.

And I decided to do my reset today instead of yesterday because I really wanted to listen to my body.

And I'm going to explain a whole weekly recap and everything.

But I really wanted to just have a Sunday off for once.

Like I feel like I'm always doing my Sunday reset.

And yesterday I was just exhausted from a crazy weekend and I just really needed to listen to my body and just rest.

And I'm really happy I did that.

I went to bed early and woke up just in the right mindset and I just got my

walk in. I got a workout in. I got a healthy breakfast in. I got some filming done that I wanted to do.

I got some laundry stripped my bed. I even meal prepped like got some work done. Like I'm just like

feeling really good about today.

And I felt like, you know, these past few weeks, I don't know,

I just kind of been in a slumpy mood.

So, yeah, I just feel like today is a really good day.

I think I'm also excited about entering a new month.
