We are one month, just four weeks out from the Iron Man, Panama City, Florida, November

Today is October 5th, 2019, which pushes us or puts us just four weeks out from the

So I want to use today's episode to talk about how I'm feeling when my body composition

Just an update for like one month out from the series because I started training late

And the interesting part is this is my first triathlon.

So for the first triathlon, I'm making an Iron Man.

So before May, I was never on a triathlon bike.
