After dieting for his first bodybuilding competition and becoming obsessed with tracking macros, Nick found himself again being too "food focused"

Now, Nick has learned to focus on the quality of food sources rather than tracking every macronutrient he puts in to his body and the importance of having a healthy relationship with food that isn't IIFYM.

To kick it off, it's a crazy day because for one, I am 18 days out from Iron Man, Panama,

These past couple of months just flew by.

I've dropped 25 pounds throughout training has gone so fast.
