Skyler mentioned that, unfortunately, it's impossible for me, you know, to have that focus and to have that self-control.

So she said it's impossible for me due to the way that my mind works.

And that, on one hand, is just got to be the most terrifying and difficult circumstance that here I am and my mind can control me

and force me to do things that are self-destructive. But as Ragnath was saying is that, you know,

people that are experiencing recovery often recognize that even though it was such a low point, it was actually a blessing when I kind of

got it, right?

Even that in a sense is kind of a yogic insight that a lot of people that don't have that

issue may never get in this life.

Is that my mind is something separate from me. My senses are something separate from me.

They've got their own agenda and they're dragging me around.

You know, if hitting rock bottom is the only way we're going to realize that,

then in one sense, hitting rock bottom is a fortunate situation.

It gives us a real chance to make the most of this life.

So I'm with you, Skyler.

My heart goes out to you to have to deal with that kind of condition.
