You said something, and I think it's really important.

You know, you approach yoga and you're thinking the kind of things you're talking about, right?

Most people are thinking just asanas.

Some people are taking it further and thinking about controlling the mind and the senses and so on.

Right. Then you go to a yoga teacher training and you got some freaking, they bring him,

oh, he brought him the scholar and he's going to teach you about the injurious. And you're like,

okay, the senses and the sense objects. And it means nothing once you walk out of that class.

When you're in the class, you're like, this makes so much sense. And then you walk out of the class. You're like, okay, back to what's for lunch? Or even more kind of like remedial.
