Matt, extremely excited today to share this with you.

Okay, let me tell you the backstory here.

So there's this place in town I like to eat lunch.

It's called the brick deli.

Yeah, we've been there with the family.

Sure.

Fantastic place.

And there's a waiter there and he's super duper cool.

And one day it was just me, I went in there

and I was studying some math or whatever.

And I said, hey, this French dip sandwich, does it have like

aju, do you have like something I can dip my sandwich in?

And the guy goes, no, man, I totally wish we did,

but we don't.

And it was like incredible empathy on behalf of the waiter.

Well, you really cared about the aju.

He really, he really cared about your experience.

He knew that I cared.

And I was like, man, what the heck, man?

This, this should have been amazing.

And he's like, yeah, I know right.

So anyway, fast forward a couple of weeks.
