excited. I'm in the studio here in LA and I am joined in person by a very special guest. It's

someone you guys have not heard from before. His name is John McCarthy. John McCarthy. Who are you?

John McCarthy. I'm so-and-so as people know from fighting, but I used to be on LAPD for 23 years

and started in 1985 and had a lot of fun being a police officer. I did a lot of fun stuff and

got to be part of some good times, some bad times, just the way it is. Let me just say this. I'll

post some pictures because you guys have to see Big John McCarthy, especially I'll make sure I have

one with me standing next to him, which is going to make me feel like a tiny human because that's

your nickname, right? Big John McCarthy. At least that's the rumor.

Someone gave it to me long ago. I've heard that. How tall are you?

Now, I'm shorter after three neck surgeries and stuff. I used to be about six, four and a half,

six, five. Now about six, three. With the Afro six, nine, just like that.

Now there you go. I wish I had a good Afro. I know. I do. I can do it. I can do one.

My hair definitely gets big. All right. So you intrigued me though when you said people might

know me from fighting. Is that because you just wander around and fight people? What is that?

I try not to. No. I've been part of mixed martial arts from the inception when it first began here
