I like to minimize the things I'm dependent on in the world. I want to minimize dependencies, right?

And so that's where I'm at. That's why I like to, there's a principle of cycling I like to use,

whether it's cycling off of alcohol or caffeine or this particular exercise or, you know, this person, or Netflix.
