I, well, frankly, I'll tell you one thing is I have stomach flu.

I'm on day three of stomach flu.

So my energy level is really low right now.

I'm feeling a little better this morning.

I was actually able to eat something.

But I'm kind of low energy.

And so I don't want to bore you with a low energy episode.

But there is something I've been thinking about a lot. And you know, when you're sick, you get a

chance to think more. You're kind of in your thoughts a lot. I even woke up at like three in the

morning last night because I have been sleeping poorly. And I was spending a lot of time thinking about this.

So I'm excited to talk about it.

So I might be a little low energy, but I mean, I have stuff to say.

And I said the title of this show is called Ego is the Enemy.

And it's kind of interesting because part of being a podcaster, there's a piece

of ego in it. I mean, you have to think that what you have to say is important. And you have to

kind of compose your thoughts and put it out there. And so it's sort of weird for me to talk about ego because there's a piece of this where,
