| 1:01.0 | I leave the house at 6.15 am to take my dog to daycare because I know if I leave at 6.45 is going to be an hour of sitting in traffic. |

| 1:13.0 | So I got to take this to heart and just really accept the fact that I cannot control the traffic. |
| 1:20.0 | I got to make the best of the time. |
| 1:22.0 | Oh, it just feels weird just like talking about that right now. |
| 1:25.0 | And I'm going to talk about what we cannot control. |
| 1:32.0 | We can feel that joy and fulfillment that we want to feel. |
| 1:40.0 | How there are some things I share every time. |
| 1:46.0 | I'm going to talk about what we cannot control. |
| 1:56.0 | But this example, this analogy to me is so powerful because it's very simple. |
| 1:58.0 | We can relate to it, but it's very profound. |
| 2:00.0 | It's a metaphor for life. |
| 2:01.0 | And that is this. |
| 2:02.0 | Let's pretend we left the house late. |
| 2:04.0 | Whenever done that. |
