Yo, today's QOD is, you can't climb the ladder to success with your hands and your pockets.

Welcome back to the QOD of the day show. I'm your host, Sean Crox and the Sean Crox and

we got Arnold Schwarzenegger on the show today. He's going to share three of his rules for success.

He's going to talk about breaking the rules. He's going to talk about not being afraid to fail

and also how you're going to have to work your butt off. Before we get to Arnold,

got a quick story because whenever I think about Arnold, I think about his appearance on the

Howard Stern show a few years ago and they're having a conversation about death. He was genuinely

saying, I don't want to die. I just don't want to die. They're talking. He's like, Howard,

why would I want to die? Life is too cool. Look at the lives that we can build. Look at

what we can do here. That mentality just really stands out to me because that's someone who

has really grabbed life by the horns and grabbed possibility by the horns and said, you know what?

I live in Austria, but I'm going to go to America and be the world's greatest bodybuilder.

Even though I can't speak English really well, I'm going to become a $20 million movie actor

and he did that. Then he says, you know what? I think I'm going to become the governor of California

and he did that, like that commitment to possibility. I can do whatever I want to do with my life.

So why would I want this thing to end that just really stands out to me? That's just, I don't know.

It's inspiring to me. I don't want to die. This place is way too cool. I wish more of us had that

mentality. Arnold Schwarzenegger is coming up. So this is rule number one. I wanted to become a champion.

I was on a mission. So rule number one is of course trust yourself no matter how and what anyone

else thinks. And of course, rule number two is break the rules. We have so many rules in life

about everything. I say break the rules, not the law, but break the rules. But why if it's a t-shirt?
