Bernice is so excited about her first ever business conference in Terre Haute, Indiana.

She says it's a beautiful little city with intimate sidewalk cafes, art lofts, museums, galleries, and street musicians to provide

ambiance as lovers stroll down the promenade. That sounded more like Paris to me, but I'm sure

her travel agent would never tell her anything she wanted to hear just to get her to buy a ticket

and get out of his office as quickly as possible. Since Bernice is traveling for the first time, I sent her to review episode 54 on

bundle packing so your clothes don't wrinkle. There's a link in this episode's transcript.

She brushed aside my advice and instead insisted on turning to her muse for guidance.

Specifically, the John Denver song,

I'm leaving, on a jet plane, don't know when I'll be back again.

She exclaimed,

This means I do not have to obsess over details such as remembering the time of my return flight.

I will leave it to the goddess to guide me.
