Apologies for the lateness of this week's podcast! This site's own Tom Brewster has fallen ill with Covid-19. Tom's okay, but in his own words, "It sucks."

In this emergency episode of the Shut Up & Sit Down podcast, we're presenting one of our favourite panels from the most recent AWSHUX, our "Away SHUX" online convention. In it, Quinns has a terrific talk with his favourite Go YouTuber, In Sente, a.k.a. Michaela Galluci.

The pair shared their favourite tips for teaching complex games to people, but eventually succumbed to the temptation of just talking about Go. Did you know that it's a good game? It's a good, good game. If you missed Quinns' review of Go last year, definitely check it out.

0:25.3	We're having to interrupt our regular schedule of having a good old natter about new games

0:33.4	This site's own Tom Brewster, the Boy Wonder, has come down with COVID-19.
0:40.3	The important thing is that Tom is okay, but after one of his sisters bought the virus back from school, it is currently ricocheting around his parents' house like the multi-ball bonus on a pinball table.
0:51.3	Tom does appear to be on the mend, but as you might have heard with COVID,
0:55.1	he's just healing very slowly. Tom did manage to play a board game with the team this week
1:00.2	over the internet using tabletop simulator. We played a game called The Cost, which is a game about
1:04.4	the asbestos industry, and it was okay. But that alone wiped him out for that day and the next day. So we won't be
1:12.8	encouraging him to get back to work anytime soon. For anyone wondering about the rest of
1:17.6	team shut up and sit down, Ava has just received her second vaccination and myself and Matt
1:21.7	have our second jabs next month. So hopefully that will keep the rest of us nice and safe
1:25.7	from the Delta variant of the pandemic,
1:28.3	which I don't know if you've heard, sucks real bad.
