Well, I love this topic. You and I are both very passionate about our own growth, the growth of our team members, the growth of our company.

So this is near and dear to our heart. But you know, one of the things that we hear a lot from clients and prospective clients is that they want to see accelerated growth in their business.

They want the results to be bigger and better and faster and all the things. And it's funny because usually what they go to is they need better business strategies is what they think for blush.

But actually, usually there's something in their own leadership that needs to grow that really is going to be the accelerator in the future of their company.

And that's one of the things we spend a lot of time on with our clients to help them discover.
