And specifically seven strategies that I have used over the last few years to totally revamp my health, like totally

change everything about my health. As a matter of fact, if I don't think I have one handy,

but if you could look at a picture of me from eight years ago when I first started my health

journey, even though I am a family doctor,

um, you would think that I had reversed age. You would be like, what has happened to this lady?

Um, and even though I was trained in traditional medicine, I really didn't know

much about true wellness, like how to make ourselves

healthy and keep ourselves healthy to the best of our ability. So I want to just share with you

seven strategies that I've been using to lose 30 pounds, to get stronger than ever, to have more

energy than ever, to really dial in my health. It's not that I don't still

have struggles because I am the age of someone menopausal, perimenopausal, and so I'm working

through some hormone changes. But I will say that I feel like I am so much more knowledgeable

than I've learned so much in the last eight years, way more than I

learned in medical school, by the way, about how to keep myself healthy. And I've been teaching
