So Britain is heading into what's looking like a very tough winter.

Energy prices are soaring, lots of kind of electricity companies are

potentially going bankrupt. The price of gas has got so high that lots of factories have had to shut down, threatening our supplies of vital CO2.

Tom it doesn't look good, does it?

No, I mean there's many people have said it's a sort of perfect storm of different events all coming at the same time and everyone's made the same joke part of that is the fact that it hasn't been

particularly stormy recently wind power is usually about the fifth of our energy mix and it was down to about 2% last month because it has been particularly not particularly

blowy recently.

You have some things which are genuine unforeseen circumstances like this fire in Kent which

basically knocked out the sub-seed cable with France by which we get a fair amount of energy.
