So I see so many people in the gym, so many people exercising working out, and they all want

to get abs, right?

Everybody wants a flat stomach, a tight tummy, a really strong core, all of those different

catch terms. So here's the thing though. For the most part, everyone's just doing crunches

or sit-ups, which means they're bringing their chest up to their legs,

their quadriceps in some fashion, right?

So you either have your legs on the ground, feet on the floor, kind of legs bent at a

right angle, and you're crunching up.
