Former Navy SEAL Rob O'Neill says he has thought about the mission every day since that May Day in 2011. For multiple conversations you had with Rob O'Neal over the past year and a half, how'd you get actions? And you described that his head kind of exploded when you hit him. I actually hit him three times, so I shot him twice when he was standing and once on his left. That is the fucking American badass.

I've been on the road.

I was putting my travels on my stories on Instagram and on

the Facebook just to give you an idea of what's going on in my world, especially this time

of year. It's a busy time of year on the speaking circuit traveling around doing different uh events and

whatnot so and i think the reason i did it it's funny it's not a uh it's because when i when i talk to

friends back home or friends uh friends around town wherever it is that i am it's like when they say they they want to get together, they want to do something, you didn't call me when you were in town or whatever. It's like, well, because I travel a lot. And what I hear a lot is the phrase, I get it. You don't. You don't get it. This is a crazy travel schedule. I'm not bragging and I'm also not wishing it upon you. I just, I started, I'm posting now just in airports and whatnot or outside in city because it is fun.

I mean, it's a blast going around to different places.
