We have been back and forth talking since he was on the podcast.

Episode six, over two years ago, he was my third guest on the Jeff Makalino podcast.

I guested on his The Ponder All podcast last year, but we message back and forth somewhat regularly.

So it was good to kind of reunite with him hadn't spoken to him face to face for a while.

I'm glad I had Luis on as the guest because Jeffrey got a little bit drunker than he should have.

So I do apologize for two things in this episode.

One is I did not realize when I was recording because maybe my state of the nebriation that my volume on my microphone was really jacked up.

So I had to go through this one and edit the volume, the amplification, all that kind of stuff.
