They basically were like, I don't know the legal term for it, but they basically were like,

hey, his trial had some major problems with it.

He never should have been convicted. And they've tried this once before and saying that like his lawyer was basically asleep on the job. And they were like, no, we're not going to accept that. But then they did it again just a couple of days ago saying, hey, there were other suspects that were never disclosed to odd non's lawyers and that was enough for the court to be like okay

your conviction is not legit that's so interesting not necessarily you didn't do it but like your

trial was like everything that needed to be your trial was was not there. And so your conviction was not legit.

Whoa.

So within the last like couple minutes, that's the breaking news that he has been let go. He is free to go.
