Before we dive into our regular song and dance, I feel like we need an update regarding

your head and how you're feeling.

And then we'll do a swift update into your medical emergency.

It's been a week, folks.

We really had quite a time this week, didn't we?

Yeah, it's like, why am I trying to die?

I know, it was so silly.

Okay, so I feel like in the last episode, I didn't really explain it very well. And that is for a few reasons, but one of them is that we recorded the day after the incident. Oh, yeah. That was a crazy day. We almost didn't record that day. And I was like, Ariel, Ariel, this isn't going to work. We have to. I know. Like, I texted Raylene that morning, and I have never actually canceled a recording before.

You know, like we've never, I've never done that.

We've never done that before because we always just like figure out how to make it work.

But I was just like, Raylene, I am not feeling too good.

And I think I don't think I can record the podcast.

And thankfully, like you were asleep when I sent that.

So by the time you woke up, it was like four hours later and you're like, do you think you could record in the evening? And I was like, actually, yes, because now it's been four hours and I'm already feeling a bit better. So, you know, by the evening, I'll be better.
