So about two months ago, I mentioned to you all that I was going to try and do three episodes of the Suzanne Banker show per week to see how it goes.

And as you know, I did that.

However, I need to go back to once a week.

I know that makes some people happy because they prefer one longer episode per week as opposed to three shorter ones, and others disappointed because they'd like the new format.

Alas, I cannot make everyone happy. What I do need to do is do what works for me, and that is to go back to the one episode per week.

I can't commit to a specific length for each episode because it very much depends on the topic.

However, I will still have guests on occasionally.

I have one scheduled for the week after next, and these do tend to be longer episodes.

But you will still be hearing primarily from me.

I am also planning in the new year to have my husband bill on regularly to talk all things

parenting. So be on the lookout for that. For those of you who are disappointed, I would encourage

you to subscribe to my YouTube channel

because one of the reasons I need to go back to once a week is that I've been lax on posting videos,

which I would like to go back to doing more of.

There's just so many hours in the day and I have a lot going on.

So that's really the reason for this. I know some of

you are strictly listeners of this podcast and may not even know that I have a YouTube channel
