Hey guys, welcome to the last episode in my 20-20 prep little mini series. I am recording this on January 1st. I'm feeling so

inspired, so motivated right now. I hope you guys are too. I am buzzing. Today has been an incredible day and I've noticed that I have

incredible days when I'm feeling the most motivated. I don't know if that's for everyone. I feel like that should be for everyone, but for me especially like, you know, I get my mood is dictated, you know, on how motivated I am.

I don't know if that's a good or bad thing,

but it's just been like that forever.

And let's just say I'm feeling very motivated today

and I'm super pumped for this year for this decade. I woke

up and just felt really good, really excited about what's to come and I did a ton of writing this morning. I did an

amazing workout. I went to Whole Foods and got a ton of yummy snacks to

bring to my hotel room and I got a yummy meal there. You all know that's my thing.

So all to say I've had an amazing, amazing day, listen to great podcast, caught up with some friends on the phone, did a ton of work,

and now I'm just, you know, going to record this and I have a few calls after this and I'm going to have an early night and read my book.

I have a book next to my bed here and I want to read it before bed.

One of my big goals for the new year is to not look at my phone for an hour before bed and an hour after I wake up.

And I usually do that in the morning, but the nighttime one is something I haven't been doing in 2019,

so I'm going to be doing that.
