we're really hard on ourselves and when we feel that lack of self-worth because

there's a like inner narrative of like others can do this or

others are authentic and I'm not or others are not seeking validation they're doing it

from the purity of their heart and I have this ulterior motive.

So I think connecting with other people and realizing like this is a natural part of being an aspiring spiritualist is that at the beginning and maybe well into middle stages we have that thing of like we want to be liked and we want to fit in and we want approval and we want to be seen to be doing the thing and it's not really pure like I would be doing this anyway or you know so I think

connecting with that and saying yeah and and these methods and the you know that

the holy name and the methods and the teachings are so pure that even if you're doing them with maybe some ulterior motive, right?

Versus escaping me that I know is relevant and you probably know.
