One thing the Bogotom does on a regular basis is us, you know, it's we really really

zoom out.

We are really really zoom out, like he said, that's an analogy of the bag of mustard seeds and our universe is in there and I'm

walking around thinking my life's going through so much hell right now or I'm

going through a problem I'm going through a heartache I'm going through some

loss when you when you we start to see the

universe like that it it takes the fever of anxiety the fever of fear the fever of

me and my issues, and it minimizes them.

And we start, it's just like walking in a graveyard

and you start to see, oh, I get it.

All these people had lives. All these people had love. All these people had

loss. And it's important to add this. And sometimes we don't talk about enough is reflection, reflection on time, reflection on

our significance in a big picture of things and what actually matters in this lifetime.

What stuff we're actually going to carry to our next life?

Are we going to carry our, do we want to carry our rage or anxiety or fear or resentment or do you want to carry like a firm staff of deep spiritual connection

That we take on and then we keep with us and that we stay in that type of samati.

You know, when I hear about people I tell see, I'm thinking,

this woman's in samati.
