1:34.8 | healing binge and emotional overeating, in my journey of healing the sexual stigma that I have |
1:41.1 | had to break down in the shame that I've felt, understanding science and the |
1:45.2 | science around these topics has been pretty profound for me. So that's what I want to share with |
