your selfie. And the reason for the topic today is because we all spend a lot of time

thinking and worrying about the way that we look and the way

that we look in pictures and deciding whether or not we like the way that we look in pictures

or we like how that picture is or no, that picture's not good enough, or put our arm down because

it looks fat or something

like that.

Okay, we spend a lot of energy focusing on how we look in pictures.
