So, you know, if you're someone who's a chronic yawner, you get that hump at one or two p.m. And you just feel exhausted from day to day. And, you know, even with our online training clients, we have three sections for them to put in the spreadsheet each day. Is you, are you tired? What's the middle one? Are you a moderate energy or are you energetic? And it's very rare. I see those energetics, but we also very rarely

A lot of people think that sleep is a solution and then they sleep for like 12 hours and they feel way worse. Like it's just funny that it's like, you know, obviously getting proper sleep, which we'll talk about after, it does stuff. But like, it's not the end all be all for sure. Yeah. So many, so many factors go into your energy levels and it's just insane how many do. And that's why like we spent a lot of time writing stuff down for these.
