Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of the podcast. Today's episode

is titled Five Things I Learned in my 30s that I need you to know. I am now 35 years old. And a lot of these things I'm going to talk

about I've been learning over the last, I'd say, 15 years. But they have been reinforced

And a lot of the things I'm talking about today are related to leadership.

But what I want to preface that with, and I've said this before in podcasts that are

related to leadership, you might hear that and think, well, I'm not a leader.

I don't own a business. I don't own a business.

I don't lead a team or an organization.

But I strongly believe more now than ever before

that we are all called to be leaders in one way or another.

And the older I get, and I would argue, the wiser I become, the more I believe that.

We are all responsible and obligated to be leaders in some way, shape, or form.

Whether that is within your relationship, your family,

amongst your peers, your community, the way that we become better as a collective group of people,

a nation, a world, a society is by and with stronger leadership.
