| 0:36.1 | We are approaching the peak of Iron Man Prep for about five weeks out right now, |
| 0:41.3 | and the Bear family got hit with the stomach bug. And our whole family went down, which I'll get |
| 0:49.1 | into at some point in this episode. We went down hard, all of us. |

| 0:59.8 | It was interesting. |
| 1:03.8 | Sending your kids to school, they tell you, the kids are going to get sick, |
| 1:07.0 | they're going to bring home sicknesses, we're learning that the hard way. |
| 1:10.5 | We were in it this past week. |
| 1:13.3 | So we're playing a little catch-up just from being out. |
| 1:17.9 | But this morning, I knocked out a 21-mile run. |
| 1:23.8 | Now, I have one more super big run of this prep, which is really wild to even say and share. |
| 1:34.6 | One big run left. |
| 1:37.1 | I mean, I have a long run every weekend, 14, 15, 16 miles. |
| 1:42.2 | But my next big run is October 29th. That's a 22-mileer. The Iron Man, |
| 1:52.8 | which is Iron Man, Arizona is November 16th, 2025. So as of today, we are 44 days out from the race. I'll end up doing a 10-day taper. |
| 2:05.4 | So we have, say, 30, you know, 33 days left of a really big work in this prep before I start to taper. But today, 21 miles, |
| 2:22.4 | total time running two hours, 34 minutes, 23 seconds, to 721 minute per mile pace. For these |
