I guess one of the things that distinguishes this company to me when I first started covering

it in like 2013 was how I thought it was a real estate company and went down to meet Adam

and he's like, oh one thing, you're a real estate reporter, you shouldn't be covering

us because we're not a real estate company.

And that's a great thing.

I'm sure you've never been, I'm sure you've had your current sales challenged in different

ways.

I don't think that's something you were expecting to hear.

I'll tell you a funny anecdote about Jared Kushner one day.

So he, yeah, like they saw themselves in the tech company but like then you actually

look at we works numbers and this is sort of fundamental to what commercial real estate

is.

Like, really so much money you can get out of an office on the one hand in terms of

how much are you going to rent it for.
