and also just what we're seeing all around us, too, of a lot of friends that have been doing

And then we are going to talk a little bit about some news, some community stories and, yeah, a few updates over here in the Sally McCrae Incorporated business and fun things that I have going on, as well as some really fun live events that are coming up in June where hopefully I will get to meet you.

So, you know, I mean, you started off the day with McKenzie and me.

Folks, one of the ways that I am able to get Eddie out of bed and lure him into filming and pictures at our strength and movement session is by saying, we go get coffee that is the magic word always always you want to go grab coffee and i don't know just swing by the gym uh but uh coach steve newman has of evolution sports training um i've been working with him for the last decade. He's brilliant.

He has been vital to my recovery and really why I was able to run Cocodona completely pain-free

as far as my knee and joints, head-toe, body went. I felt very strong. He's incredible. He,

I mean, I know he's been doing it a long time, but he's one of those guys that can just talk, have a conversation with you, have a conversation with me, have a conversation with McKinsey, all while directing you both in separate exercises.
