but anyways, we are doing a challenge and Vibe Club for the month of August. So it starts on Monday.

And so enrollment is open for that. And I'm really excited about it. And a lot of my members are

super excited about it. And we've had a lot of people joining joining which is super fun because it's august you know

like summer is wrapping up fall is on its way right we're moving into the second half of the year

and um routines have been off for the summer and everyone's trying to like get back in a groove

and the focus of this challenge is choosing to change.

And I mean that in many different ways.

Because if you want to change the results that you have and your weight and your relationship to food, you've got to be willing to change.

But I also want to encourage and invite you to be open to changing your perception of what it's going to take.
