| 0:49.0 | Like money can motivate us, cause us great anxiety, and even as recent studies show impact our |
| 0:55.9 | levels of compassion and empathy, but it's also rated the number one source of |
| 1:01.0 | stress and we certainly live in anxious time. So these days when we worry about money, what specifically are we worrying about and what can we do to help soothe those worries. |

| 1:19.9 | last ourselves and we're particularly worrying about that because longevity with the |
| 1:25.9 | exception of this year when it took a little dip has just been going steadily |

| 1:35.8 | standard of living and we worry about health care expenses in particular |
| 1:41.8 | because they've been increasing at a rate that is |
| 1:45.8 | dramatically greater than the rate of inflation at about six to seven percent a |
| 1:50.9 | year. So you put all those things together and you're right you get a |
| 1:55.4 | bundle of stress. When I dug in to start working on age proof, which I |
| 2:00.4 | should say I didn't write myself, I wrote with Dr Michael Royson who is the chief of |
| 2:05.4 | wellness at the Cleveland Clinic and the co-author of all the U books we wrote a large section on stress because stress is the biggest |
| 2:16.1 | ager and the biggest cause of stress is money. So you've got to tackle both of those things head on. |
