| 0:56.7 | sort of in that disappointed, angry, sad place, or someone had written in talking about how one |
| 1:06.3 | disappointment seemed to sort of lead to other disappointments. So in this |

| 1:16.4 | the things that you can do to sort of bounce back from disappointment while also integrating what you learned from the |
| 1:27.0 | disappointment. So much of the time we want it to be I'm disappointed because this person is an idiot, right? |
| 1:34.7 | I'm disappointed because, you know, the world is against me and this isn't happening in my favor. |
| 1:40.1 | And what I find in my own life and in my practice is that there is way more to it most of the time. |
| 1:48.0 | And so within these six steps, you will learn that honoring your feeling is super important but then we move |
| 1:56.8 | into how you can integrate it and learn what it is that you need to learn. |

| 2:06.4 | experience of being severely disappointed in something a situation what you thought would happen, that didn't happen. |
| 2:16.7 | What is the first thing, now really think about it and be honest, I find the first thing for me |
| 2:20.8 | is I get angry. So I'm pissed. I'm angry and a lot of times because I'm too |
| 2:28.2 | healthy to sort of blame other people fully but I'll be angry at myself. |
