What's going on, everybody?

It is Friday, the 11th of October.

Beautiful fall afternoon.

I'm just playing a little bit of catch up here,

cutting a five minute intro just to bring everybody up to speed and say what's up before I

Close this laptop up and jump in the car. I'm heading up north with my wife and son for the weekend

Unfortunately, not taking any of my bow hunting stuff with me. I'm committing a weekend to just some family time, which my family needs. Right now,

I've been working a lot and been sick and just had a lot going on and looking forward to having

a day to relax and spend outside with my wife and son. And I kind of owe it to them last fall

because of our film. I was gone a lot up north um

and uh i knew that you know coming into this fall i was going to owe them from some of the time i

took away from the time we usually spend as a family last fall it was like a three-month project that I was committed to where I was gone a lot and it took a lot it took a lot of negotiating and workings around to navigate last year's deer hunting season and I certainly am glad we did it and have the film now for forever.

So it's super cool.

I actually just recently watched it with a friend.

And it got me geeked up for this time of year that we're stepping into right now.

This is kind of the beginning of the hunting season of the film, obviously,

last year, one of the first weekends that we got up north was opening weekend archery,

which obviously were already passed, but we're going up there this weekend.
