Hey team. It is Kelly and this is day three of the Ishwish podcast. I am so, I'm so sad, I'm going through a little dopamine withdrawal, I think. I'm so sad that it's over. It was so amazing.

0:15.8

Three things, two things. It was an amazing combination of multidisciplinary care in work with a sex therapist,

0:23.5

physical therapist, OB-Gyne's, family medicine, urology, amazing. And I think that's why, as far as

0:30.1

like, for people who have been to medical conferences before, like why it was so cool, because

0:34.7

there wasn't this, like climbing of like just being internal

0:38.6

medicine docs who are like, you know, vying for social hierarchy dominance things. It's like we're

0:44.9

all here to learn and it's an exciting, clearly an exciting topic. And we just love that we're all

0:50.6

here and that there are other people who care about the topic of sexual

0:55.1

health in women. So that was so awesome. Number two, all of my Instagram, like avatars, right?

1:14.1

your brain thinks these people like are famous because you see them on your phone all the time,

1:18.4

right? And to realize like, no, they're just like us. So they actually have like real names and

1:23.2

day jobs and they go to medical conferences, but we all have this like the way we communicate

1:27.3

on social media now. And the power of social media to connect us even before we come to a conference,

1:33.0

so we're truly not showing up alone, is incredibly cool. There is like not one mean person here.

1:40.5

I mean, just the love. So so incredibly cool.

1:45.0

And then also kind of the, I wanted to speak out to the people who are like, why the hell did you guys have this conference in Texas?

1:51.0

Multiple reasons. I think that the organizers actually really pained them that this conference was scheduled before Texas really cracked down on both

2:03.0

trans rights for teenagers and for the availability of reproductive rights and freedoms for women.

2:11.2

And that kind of flies in the face of sexuality and education and medically accurate education and really the support of sexuality

2:21.2

in all humans. So for people who had questioned, you know, and asked me, like, what are my thoughts
