going to lie though. I'm not feeling super motivated right now. I've kind of

of had a weird day. I got a lot done which was awesome but I

mean having a lot of anxiety recently and I don't know I've just been feeling kind

of emotional and I got a bit of a fight with Ben and I'm just like really in a very slow mood right now.

So this podcast is not going to be the motivation podcast because I'm obviously not in that state, but this podcast I want to talk about some of my personal goals for 2020 and also the power of affirmations.

and they are an instant mood changer.

I should probably do some right now. But at the same time I think it is okay to, you know, allow myself to not be, you know, super high energy sometimes and that's a really great way for me to kind of

rest and repair but affirmations are extremely special and there is many ways that you can integrate these into your life.

You could make an amazing affirmation, your phone backgrounds, every time you see it you kind of
