| 0:50.4 | And it is just as timely today as it was back then. |
| 0:56.7 | You know, I have a love hate relationship with social media. |
| 1:00.6 | And it's obvious because I'm not very consistent with social media. |
| 1:05.2 | And the reason for that is because like I love connecting with listeners. |
| 1:11.1 | I love reading your DMs and responding to your DMs and seeing you sharing the show and |

| 1:18.0 | But social media itself kind of makes me a little depressed sometimes. |
| 1:24.1 | And I think it makes people a lot less happy just in general. |
| 1:29.4 | I consider myself to be a pretty self-aware individual. |
| 1:33.5 | And even I can go down that rabbit hole sometimes of like, oh my God, I wish I had that. |
| 1:38.6 | Oh my God, such and such, such as life looks so cool. |
| 1:41.1 | Oh my God, like how do they do that? |
| 1:43.3 | I want to go there. |
| 1:44.9 | It's just, I don't know if it's just something natural that the brain just does. |
| 1:49.3 | But if you don't know how to stop that, if you don't know how to stop that going down |
