I'm always talking to people about, Hey, if you want to be successful, you

going to have to jump.

You're going to have to stand out on that clip of life.

I always tell them how their parachute isn't going to open right away.

They're going to hit them rocks and about how all the successful people that they

know, they took the same leap, they hit the same rocks, they had the same

challenges.

They went through similar stuff.

And that's how they got to become successful.

When you do something, you want to have the proper expectations.

And this talk sets the expectations and it lays out exactly what you're
