Here we are. I love that new opening, it's just fantastic. It's like NPR stuff.

Okay, so that's great. This is a standard episode you could say, but it is also kind of, should we say this is a sort of

God-guess-splaining episode because Father Patrick Mary, now Father Patrick Mary and I live together in Dominican

Council Studies. We were in the same class as all the God's planers are and so we lived

before but then our second tour of duty you could say we're back here living together.

And so you know we pray together and we're out together a good bit and so I see him.

But he's been missing recently from the community for a couple of weeks.

And I don't notice this all the time because I'm usually reading early modern German texts and not pay attention to much else.

But I do miss, if you know Father Patrick. It's hard to miss his presence.

So when he's not here I can tell and he was you know and he has been he's been out and about sort of things and

Usually it's still in Chicago or New York or San Antonio or you know the

jajune places but recently Father Patrick Mary has been visiting Eastern Europe, where have you been?

Yeah, this was really an incredible trip and as you say I was gone for a bit, so right about two weeks, I'm just under two weeks.

I had the opportunity to travel actually in Poland, where I was working along the Polish-Ukraineian border for several days.

And really I was all over the country on a median humanitarian mission

is probably the most accurate way to describe it.
