No question about it the holidays can be a crazy time of the year and it's like you're overwhelmed with the travel the shopping the stress of like

all the planning that goes around trying to like go to see the lights and

Go do all the things that are involved so we wanted to take time to slow down and reflect on what we're thankful for

That's something that Sean and I have consciously tried to practice and I feel like it's paid pay dividends

It truly has I feel like it's so easy to get lost in the motion of life and everything can kind of seem like a blur and you can always be stressed or

You can take this episode as a reminder to sit down with your spouse or your friends your family and talk through the year

What have you loved what do you think you could do better but truly with Thanksgiving coming up instead of just sitting there and watching football and eating good food

Let's really talk about what we truly are thankful for like the foundation of Thanksgiving begin today's episodes
