so that's the lens that I speak from.

And while all of our struggles with food and body image are entirely unique, we likely share

similarities. If not in our behaviors, in the mindset, and in terms of the mental pathways

that we've wired into our brain through repeated action. Now, when I was deep in

my struggles with binge, emotional overeating, yo-yo dieting, and feeling crippling insecurity as it

relates to body image, I often didn't know which way was up and which way was down. The truth is,

there were some days that I felt unstoppable, driven, disciplined, and like I could stick to my meal

plan, my macros, my workout routine, no matter what came my way. It was like I was laser

focused. But then there were days, weeks, and sometimes even months where it just all seemed to

unravel. It was like the willpower, the discipline, and the drive I possessed at the beginning

of my journey just wasn't there anymore. The cheat meal would turn into a cheat day,
