Hello and welcome to the physician assistant exam review podcast episode 140.

As I said, we finished up the blueprint last week, so I wanted to shift gears a little bit this week and bring you something useful in a whole different way. My name is Brian Wallace. I'm the host and creator here at Physician Assistant

Exam Review. And we've been at this for close to 15 years now. And what I wanted to do today,

rather than restarting the blueprint again, is spend a little bit of time on some

things that are going to help you. I talk a lot about things outside of medical content that

will help you to get better scores, help you to get better grades. In fact, I've got something

really special going on tonight and tomorrow night, which is a masterclass on

test taking as it applies to high stakes exams like the pants, like your end of rotation

exams, like your EOCs, and how to get through those and how to squeeze out extra points from

the things you know. I'm going to cover the 13 rules I have,

techniques I have for passing those types of exams. I'm going to cover the three things you need

in addition to medical content to pass those exams. And we're going to go over a whole lot of things

that I'm confident can boost your scores by, I'd say, 5 to 10% easily on every exam for the rest of your life, and that's not

overselling it. In fact, that's probably underselling what we can do in just 45 minutes.
