I'll tell you how and about the class at the end of today's lesson. Today's expression is,

it's a great expression for guessing somebody's age.

For example, in my case, how old?

By listening to my voice, how old do you think I am?

Do you think I'm 30-something? Maybe early 30s, mid-30s, late 30s. Is that great? I just gave you four really useful expressions.

Once again, 30-something.

Let's focus on that.

30-something means you could be 30 years old.

31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39.

You could be all the way up to 39.

Usually if we say he's 30-something, we're probably thinking between 33, 37, right in that area.

So that is also called the mid-30s, M-I-D, mid-30s, the middle-30s.

The early 30s, E-A-R-L-Y, early 30s, 30, 31, 32, mid-30s, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, yeah, 33, 37, those are tough ones.

Late 30s, 37, 38, 39.

And that's the idea.
