Hey everybody, we are getting started here on episode. I think we're on number 14 now it is May 30th I am

recording this at about 7 o'clock in the evening on Friday, May 30th. I am feeling 98% better than I was really in the last two weeks.

When it comes to big ideas, you know us 80-H-D years we're great at having big ideas. We just struggle in the area of implementation.

There's two ways that I kind of wanted to go with today's

episode. One was to begin talking about how to do planning because you know we did talk a bit about calendering and we've talked

about to-do lists and we talked about certain parts of time management and then when we get to talk about some of the long-term
