parts, so let's get started. I'm recording this on May 22nd, about five minutes to 2 in the afternoon. I just got back to my office. I went home.

I had some errands to run this morning. I went home and I took a nap. I had some time to think while I was in the car and you know

this week there's a number of things that have been going on. I'm actually been

struggling a bit this week. One I've been going on. I'm actually been struggling a bit this week. One, I've been a bit

under the weather, so that has affected me. It has related to my asthma. Because of that, I have not

been exercising because I know in the past when I do have asthma flare-ups that

exercise can sometimes make it worse.

So I know what I don't exercise. My mood just kind of gets more blah. I feel kind of just, you know, me as I'm going through my day.

And I think that when I'm not exercising, well, one, I know that it affects how much stuff I get done and how effective I am throughout the day.

And I think it also affects my sleep.

So, you know, Monday and Tuesday I was kind of hopeful because I really I guess made

it a priority to get enough sleep and using my app that I use sleep tracker I scored in the 80% for

quality of sleep in the 60s and I got to tell you yesterday I was completely ineffective and I just

kind of shifted from task to task not really getting anything done but then you
