In this podcast, I want to cover how to make fasting easier with these 14 different things you can consume. When you’re fasting, anything you consume other than water will break your fast to some degree. But, these things you can consume will have a very minor effect on your ability to get back into fasting. The biggest things that will break your fast are refined carbs or sugar.
Other things that will break your fast:
• Protein
• BCAA
• Collagen
• Bone broth
The two things that don’t seem to have much of an effect on insulin are:
1. Fats
2. Fiber
